Crude oil inventories in the United States increased by 4.05 million barrels in the week that ended May 31, private data from the American Petroleum Institute (API) reportedly showed on Tuesday.
During the reported week, gasoline stockpiles rose by 4.02 million barrels, while reserves in Cushing, Oklahoma, allegedly added 983,000 barrels. Meanwhile, distillate inventories are said to have increased by 1.9 million barrels.
