Apple is planning to enhance its iPhone virtual assistant Siri with artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities, The New York Times reported citing three people familiar with the company’s work.
The sources reveal that the updated version of Siri is anticipated to be unveiled at its annual Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) on June 10. This upgraded Siri will enable users to engage in conversational interactions instead of relying on the traditional method of asking questions one at a time.
Additionally, Apple is increasing the memory capacity of this year’s iPhones to accommodate the new capabilities of Siri.
